• You are again going to explore economic data using FRED.
• Go to their website: https://fred.stlouisfed.org/
• In the data search box, type employment-population ratio.
• Select the first one: Percent, Monthly, Seasonally Adjusted.
• Edit the graph to start in January of 1975, using the date range boxes above the graph.
• Now click edit graph, then add line. Type employment population ratio 25, and select the Employment-Population Ratio, 25-54,
Percent, Monthly, Seasonally Adjusted option.
• Click Add Data Series.
• Download the graph as a pdf.
• Now follow the instructions here to plot inflation since you were born: https://www.stlouisfed.org/~/media/education/lessons/pdf/lifetime-inflation-activity.pdf?la=en
• Final submission in Canvas (Unemployment & Inflation In Class FRED Activity):
• Graph of employment-population ratio and inflation since your birthday as a pdf document.
